A Road Map is an organizational tool you can use to write down all the targets that you want to implement in your business. It is a master list of things that you want, but do not have in place at this moment.

Once you have identified the targets you wish to implement into your business, which there are likely many, you need to rank them and create a priority list that you can go back to as you check things off. This ranking comes from the TSS Cards which are explained in another write-up in our accountability pillar. By ranking your targets by the time it will take, the money it will earn you, and the passion you have for that target helps you determines its importance within your organization.

Below you will find a simple chart that allows you to list your targets according to the total values you have assigned to them by the three metrics we mentioned above.
