The Service Strategist offers to coach your employees in one of our specialized training academies where they will work closely with one of our service experts. We will instruct your staff in our processes, so they can return to your organization and run your departments more efficiently and implement a level of accountability for your entire staff. Training groups are kept small and focus on a single role within a trades company. By working with one of our industry experts who has been using our process for several years, they will gain foundational knowledge to impart in their own departments. Our training ground is based on real-world experience where they learn to execute targets and apply the changes needed to grow.
