Create a clear vision

Your vision is what you believe to be the final future state of the company, and what the company chooses to be. The vision is the outcome of the mission. A vision statement is an aspirational statement that creates a mental image of the ideal state that the organization wishes to achieve. It is timeless and is the ultimate place where the owner(s) want the business to be. This vision comes from imagining and creating that ‘out-of-this-world’ dream.
