Factor 12: Project Piloting

Test out new ideas on a small scale before rolling them out to avoid costly missteps. But always be testing a new idea out, if you are not enthusiastic about a new idea and unwilling to try something new, you will never innovate or improve a process. It’s good to find a balance between innovating and trying new ideas and reviewing progress and recognizing what is already working well. How can you leverage what is already working well?
