Always be on the lookout for value within your company. Monitor and examine untapped resources, ignored employee talents, and underperforming operations. Once you have pinpointed something, then what step will you take to implement the change, what key employees do you need to meet with? Who will be left in charge of this new project? What is the deadline, budget and man-hours needed to complete it? Kaizen, a Japanese business maxim means to make small but effective changes at any level of the organization. Under Kaizen, anyone in the company is allowed to suggest improvements.
