If you are still within the 12-month contract period, we will not be able to process your cancellation request and will then inform you of the time remaining on your subscription contract instead. We will then process your cancellation 12 months after the initial sign-up date once you fill out the request below. If you wish to cancel your subscription submit this request below, then it will be processed in the next 2 business days. After the request has been processed, your website access will be suspended. Any additional services that are bought and paid for will be delivered as previously agreed upon.
